Two Overdrives in One Unit
This versatile pedal features both a low gain and a high gain. Whilst using the low gain feature, you can expect to achieve a classic Japanese style overdrive, that is mid focused. The additional bass and treble control knobs are a unique edition, unlike similar products on the market that only offer one tone knob. The high gain feature provides you with an American boutique style that is not only Asymmetrical, but also emphasises highs and lows.
The Dunlop Fuzz Face Mini Jimi Hendrix Band of Gypsys Distortion recreates the mystery, modded Fuzz Face used by Hendrix at some of his most legendary performances: Woodstock, Filmore East, Berkeley.
The sound of this Fuzz Face with BC108 silicon transistor can be heard in many works by Jimi Hendrix, and has been used live on such occasions as Woodstock. It provides a more aggressive Fuzz Face sound, and took a thoroughly research to reproduce.
Distortion+
M104
Germanium-powered, soft-clipped distortion.
Classic 70s distortion.
The tone that made Randy Rhoads famous.
Distortion+ Info
This little yellow box is responsible for those great distortion sounds heard on so many classic recordings. Set the Distortion control low and crank the Output knob to drive the front end of your amp for cool blues tones, or max out the Distortion knob for the tone that made Randy Rhoads famous. There still isn’t any distortion unit on the market that sounds like the Distortion+.
