Background: In 1986, Paiste introduced the RUDE 1000. 3000 replaced the “regular” RUDE series as a professional quality line. The 1000 RUDE series was a cheaper alternative, and was slightly thinner.
Innovation: The first, and to date, only RUDE series for the budget-minded drummer.
Alloy:CuSn8 (Also known as “2002 Bronze”)
Quality: Semi-Professional
Offered as: 1000 RUDE
Production: 1000 RUDE were made in Switzerland and in what was then West Germany. Most models were lighter than their “regular” RUDE counterparts.
