The optimised transmission design precisely positions and aligns the contact point between the cam, direct link, and foot-board, achieving the perfect overall balance of power, speed, and feel.
In order to convert motion force from foot-board to cam, Tama developed a study double-link cam connection system which holds the rotation axis bearings equally from both sides producing almost perfect energy transfer from the foot-board to the cam – therefore creating tremendous reaction speed and power.
By changing the construction of the bearing hinge on the footplate from a one-piece assembly to two pieces, the bearing is held more evenly and with more stability. This addition minimises stress whilst maximising smoothness and adding to the pedals sense of power.
The sync-coil featured in the Tama Dyna-Sync pedal is a 1.5x heavier gauge steel spring compared to that of the well-established Iron Cobra coil. The sync-coil assists the return of the foot-board to the original position to provide an extra element of quickness to the pedal, allowing you to customise your own level of pedal return assistance. This feature encourages speed and power play!

Drummers around the world have come to recognise and appreciate independent bass drum foot-board angle adjustment as an important function to help customise a personal feel. Taking this into consideration, Tama focused on the Dyna-Sync design and created a completely new and unique foot-board angle adjustment. The Dyna-Sync foot-board design is fully adjustable to deliver a totally personalised pedal angle adjustment.
The slide-able cam, featured in the Tama Dyna-Sync, promotes a highly personalised and connected feel, tailored to a wide variety of playing styles.
Quick and easy setup
The Tama Dyna-Sync features a Speedo-Ring, which is a rocker cam with a high-quality built-in ball bearing rocker. This allows for an easy set up and tear down, alongside providing a compact pedal that you can place in a hardware without the need of removing the beater.
The Para-Clamp II Pro can grip one of the widest varieties of bass drum hoops currently on the market. This improvement is largely due to its newly designed three-dimensional rubber grip. The introduction of the Para-Clamp II Pro results in increased holding power and durability, as the possibility of scratching the hoop is eliminated.
